Account Activation

If you submitted your form earlier and have not received a response, please check your email (including spam folder). You may also contact our support team for assistance.
Account activation usually takes 24–48 hours after verification. You will receive a confirmation email once it is activated.
Log in to your account, complete all required fields, upload necessary documents, and submit the form for review.
Policy templates are available in your dashboard under the resources or documentation section.
Transactions
Go to the transactions section, select the authorized payment, and click “Capture”.
Refund charges may apply depending on the payment method. Please check our pricing policy for details.
It shows all payments including successful, pending, and failed transactions with detailed information.
Select the transaction and click “Refund” in your dashboard, then follow the instructions.
